The first time I utilized Reside Chat, I was at position #2 while in the queue and it took 18 minutes until a Stay agent responded. The 2nd time, I was at place #two once again, but this time it only took eight minutes wait around time. This is kind of good compared to other exchanges that only reply by using e-mail, without having Stay Chat option
